Polyester Interlock Stretch

Polyester Interlock Stretch is a straightforward, high-performance fabric made from 75/72 DTY polyester and 30D spandex in an interlock knit. The relatively high spandex content (30D paired with 75D DTY yarn) delivers excellent four-way stretch and quick recovery, while the DTY polyester provides the durability and dimensional stability needed for high-intensity movement.

The interlock construction keeps both sides of the fabric flat and smooth, reducing friction against the skin during activity and helping prevent bagging or deformation at the knees and seat over extended wear. The fabric also readily accepts functional finishes such as moisture-wicking and quick-dry treatments, meeting common requirements for activewear programs.
